Walls- Constructed of ¾” wood core backed on the hoistway side with 1/16” plastic laminate and fireproofed to meet code requirements.
Doors- Single speed, two-speed or center opening constructed of hollow metal faced with satin stainless steel. Doors to be drilled and tapped to accept appropriate door operator.
Panels- Side, rear and front return walls faced with removable Botticino marble panels with a Mahogany veneer mitered frame.
Base, Reveals, Frieze- Satin stainless steel.
Ceiling- Constructed of wood core backed on the hoistway side with 1/16” plastic laminate and fireproofed to meet code requirements. Ceiling faced with black plastic laminate.
Suspended Ceiling- Mahogany wood veneer panel
Lighting- Six (6) LED downlights with a chrome trim
Entrance- Satin stainless steel.
Ventilation- Exhaust fan with ventilating grille.
Accessories- 3/8” x 2” 3-tier satin stainless steel handrail on rear wall, extruded aluminum sill, aluminum pad buttons, certificate frame, corner mirror (if necessary).
